Ok, I am appreciative of every single position that touches the field of play for football, and I understand the value of points that need to be scored if you cannot get 6 from a touch down. AND 3 points is better than nothing when you are in the heat of the battle of a game. But come on Ravens fans, voting Matt Stover as your all time franchise player is silly.

In ligth of all the attention that the Packers have received in the last month over the Brett Favre issue, I feel it is warranted to talk about them post Favre.
It was shocking to see the standing ovation at Lambeau Field when the Green Bay offense took the field for the 1st time in 2008. Aaron Rodgers was a little edgy at times, but overall held his composure. What I am most intrigued by is the play of the WR's along with Rodgers.

You know, this whole situation has gotten out of hand. I understand that Brett Favre is a Hall of Fame player who can still play, but the issue from an organization's stand point is that they have to high draft picks on their roster who will have to sit again.
The Packers are being forced to waste draft picks at this point. They have Aaron Rodgers, Brian Brohm, and Matt Flynn. The 1st two are high draft picks. With a certain degree of confidence, the Packer's had moved on expecting Brett Favre…
