In ligth of all the attention that the Packers have received in the last month over the Brett Favre issue, I feel it is warranted to talk about them post Favre. It was shocking to see the standing ovation at Lambeau Field when the Green Bay offense took the field for the 1st time in 2008. You know, this whole situation has gotten out of hand. I understand that Brett Favre is a Hall of Fame player who can still play, but the issue from an organization's stand point is that they have to high draft picks on their roster who will have to sit again.
